Jazmine Sullivan – I’m Not A Robot




Just a day after announcing her break from the music business, a previously unreleased track from Jazmine Sullivan appears which could give some information on the rather surprising decision. Titled “I’m Not A Robot”, the song expresses the singer’s frustration over the harsh climate within the industry. The Salaam Remix-produced track also leaves one hoping that the talented songstress will come back to the scene sooner than later.




Rick Ross – 9 Piece / Even Deeper




Rick Ross has obviously not let the festivities slow him down as he serves the first visual from his new Ashes to Ashes-mixtape that arrived on Christmas. Mr. Rozay unleashes a two for one video piece for the tracks “9 Piece” – sans T.I. – and the Barry White-sampled “Even Deeper”.

A new record by Nas – titled “Who Are You” – has found its way to the blogosphere. Although origin and destination of the Eric Hudson-produced track are both unknown, new music by the Queensbridge-MC is always appreciated – even as a tagged version.

Eminem – Difficult



Eminem has been on an uproar lately, especially in this month of December following his recent drop with Dre, 50 Cent and Jay-Z. Well here’s the latest from the gifted Detroit wordsmith, the song is titled “Difficult” and certainly comes as one his more emotional records we’ve heard from in a while.





Kanye West featuring Jay-Z, Rick Ross, Bon Iver & Nicki Minaj – Monster





After the preview arrived a few weeks ago, the complete version of Kanye West’s epic video for “Monster” continues the upscale imagery style that already prevailed in his short movie project Runaway. As the sneak peak indicates, each verbal guest makes a cameo appearance in this Jake Nava-directed video. Each artist is placed in distinct rooms inside a haunted mansion where dead bodies scattered around.

Eminem featuring Jay-Z, Dr. Dre, 50 Cent, Cashis, Stat Quo – Syllables



After news broke out this morning about a possible collaboration between Eminem, Dr. Dre, 50 Cent, and Jay-Z, offered this evening is the official single. It also features verses from Cashis and Stat Quo. The song unfolds with lyrics directed at how watered down Hip Hop has gotten. Just for good measure, Eminem also provided a witty hook to elaborate on what he meant.

Following up on a lackluster version that hit the net several weeks ago, offered today is the official CD quality version of Eminem’s single with Jazmine Sullivan titled “Cocaine.” Ironically, with Eminem’s recent drop of “Syllables,” we probably won’t be finding anymore of these duets from him anytime soon.
